Have you toyed with the idea of a multi-sport activity, triathlon or duathlon, but not taken the plunge? Are you unsure about buying a bike but still want to have a go? Why not test yourself in the comfort of your own home/gym/company and take part in our Virtual Duathlon, ahead of taking to the start line of your first Go Tri event.

As the majority of events have been postponed over the summer, this is also a great way to stay active, keep participating, pitch yourself against yourself and others and pick up a coveted certificate.

All you have to do is send us evidence you have covered your minimum distance on both run, bike and run and we will send you your goodies as way of celebration.

We will also offer live warm up and race briefing on the first Sunday of the month (via Zoom) for a community effort.

*minimum distance 2.5km run, 15km bike, 2.5km second run following Government social distancing restrictions.  All legs to be run in the same calendar month. once first run has been completed, the bike and second run must be completed within 5 days.
