Held on the time change every year, the 25 hours in Frog Hollow is the Longest 1 Day Mountian Bike Race. It is held on a fast and flowy course designed specifically for 24 hour mountian bike racing. The backdrops are beautiful and the venue has a great atmospher to support you in your pusuit of sleeplessness and victory.
( Disclaimer- the 2015 event was moved back 1 week for this year only to give racers the chance to spend Halloween with their families. It will return to its regular schedule in 2016)
Total Race Limit 500 participants or 120 teams and 70 solo racers! All categories have limits.

When registering select your Team Type ( Solo, Team, or Corp ) before selecting your category
Team captains can set up a "team" and get early pricing as each "team" member registers induvidually. Only team members who join late will be subject to any higher registration fee’s.
Corporate teams "corp" must register all team members at once, but may add, delete or change members for free anytime before packet -pick-up. (Normal fee changes apply during packet pick-up.) To make changes simply e mail the race director at email@example.com.
WAIT LIST : We will start a wait list once a category is full. You can find people to who want to sell entries to closed categories on our facebook page or contact the race director.

FORMING YOUR TEAM
Teams may now register and pay for their participants individually.To assure that team slots are reserved the team captain ( or first person to register) will create the team. Each team must have a unique name. Once you have created a team as the team captain , share that name with your members to join. If you race for a Sponsor make sure you add a unique qualifier ( ie, Team Red Rock- Rockers) to distinquish your team from others with the same sponsor.
Worried about not finding the perfect team or getting dinged for late registration? Get your team name signed up with a captain and recruit team mates later. Each persons fee is based on when they register, not when the team is complete.
If you register by snail mail ( we are bringing it back this year) you must register the entire team all at once. Find the mail-in forms here
Yes, even solo's have team names. Use your own name or think of something cute and cleaver. ( ie "I will sleep when I am dead" )
Gro Races is a proud member of the Dixie Mountain Bike Trails Association, the southern Utah chapter of IMBA. This event is being hosted in part to raise money and awareness for the planning, construction, and maintenance of local trails. GRO works with DMBTA to build new opportunities for bikes and trail in Washington County. Please consider donating a little extra during registration or joining.
All racers get an event beanie, race goody bag, Swag give-a-ways, night time feed zone, post race meal, band, and discounts to local vendors and shops.

Walk -up Registration: Registration and changes will be available during packet-pick-up on Friday only
Day of Registration: There is NO day of registration or rider substitution.
Race Changes and Cancellations
All entries are transferable during year of race
Early Bird – transfers are free, Regular – $10, Late- $20
Category Changes and Refunds Policy
We are glad to change your team if you loose a member or gain one. It is a one time fee per team name and is the same as the transfer fee.
There are NO REFUNDS! We begin planning, permitting, and purchasing items for an event well in advance based on your pre-registration. Therefore we have a strict no refund policy. Be aware when you decide to register. We feel like our flexible transfer and change policies should accommodate most people and situations.
If you simply can not find someone to take your entry we can give you a %40 discount to any of our other races or the next years event. This request must be made not more than 30 days prior and not less than 3 days prior to the event.
The safety of racers, your crew, and our volunteers and staff is critically important to us here at GRO ! This means there may come a time when a race must be delayed, shortened or canceled due to Mother Nature or other uncontrollable circumstances. In this situation we will do our best to modifying time so we can get fair results, but under no circumstances will refunds be issued.
